"Why I Have My Kids at KAA? The decision to enroll my children in KAA was an easy one. I wanted them to be taught Arabic and Islamic in a way that went beyond a weekend school. I wanted them to be fully immersed in the culture and language in order to cultivate their pride in where they come from. I also wanted them to have a strong academic foundation that they will be able to build on for the rest of their lives. One thing that I really liked about KAA was the smaller class size compared to public schools and the way that the entire school feels like a family. I was blown away by the teachers and staff in the Elementary School and the way that they supported my older son. This made sending my current kindergartener to school this year so much easier. The teachers all care about the students on an individual level. My kids come home excited to tell me about all of the different activities they do throughout the day. I've been consistently impressed with how much both of my kids learn. They entered kindergarten knowing the English alphabet and how to write their names, and by the end of the first semester both could read and write in two different languages. I have found the teachers and staff to be very responsive, and I have never reached out to any of the teachers and not gotten a response within a reasonable amount of time. The children in my sons' classes have also been great and they've formed close friendships with them. Overall, I have been really pleased with my experience as a KAA parent and look forward to having my children at the school for many years to come."
